3. Studio Sessions & Custom Work

Studio Sessions are scoped and priced based on client needs. Each session includes prep, design time, and one round of refinement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may require a new session or add-on fee.

A signed agreement and invoice are required to reserve any Studio Session.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms will be outlined in each client agreement. In general:
 • A deposit may be required to book a session
 • Full payment is due before final files are delivered
 • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 10 in advance

Studio Mahrnelle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to unforeseen circumstances or scope changes.
